What does Waitlist mean for your kid?

Posted by Campbell River Lacrosse Association on Jan 26 2020 at 10:03AM PST

We are almost a month into our registration for the 2020 season. CRMLA would like to thank all the families who have registered their athletes already.
As our regisration numbers increase we are nearing a waitlist for our bantam division, and projected numbers could see CRMLA having two teams. Once our Bantam number hits 20 registered players, we will be starting a waitlist.
I think its important to go over what a waitlist means for your child.
CRMLA will always do our best to make sure all kids who want to play lacrosse in Campbell River have a team to do so. We do this having an oversized roster, shuffling players around a little or fielding more then one team per division.
This year we are facing this with our Bantam division and potentially with our Peewees.
It’s important for our assocation to plan correctly by register early. Even when a waitlist has started, please still register for the waitlist. This is key to taking the right information to the island meetings for planning our schedules for the season.

Please register your kids even if you see a waitlist. They will have a place to play.

If you have any question or conerns please reach out to Justine Taylor, email or 250-632-3235.

Thank you

CRMLA Executive
